Android 10: Google wants to impose its navigation by gestures
With Android 10, Google has finally reviewed its navigation gestures after a troubling first version on Android 9 Pie. It tries to impose on all manufacturers, who are doomed to hide their solutions in the depths of the parameters.
That said, many manufacturers have been working on developing their own version to cover this first mistake. While Google seeks to make the experience of its OS as close as possible between all mobiles, it discreetly imposes its version of navigation by gestures.

9to5Google makes us know that with Android 10 and the latest version of Google Mobile Services, manufacturers simply no longer have the option to offer their own navigation during the process of first booting a device. Only two options are allowed by Google: classic buttons, or navigation gestures.
Essentially, alternative navigation methods are allowed but must remain hidden. Only the most experienced users will have the curiosity to look for all this in the depths of the parameters. At least, it contributes to greater consistency between devices, and the disappearance of this ugly pill navigation.
