Offering condolence to Sri Lanka, Trump overstates death toll to be ‘138 million people’

WASHINGTON: US President Donald Trump on Sunday horribly misquoted the loss of life in a progression of lethal blasts in Sri Lanka prior today to be “138 million individuals” yet erased and supplanted it practically thirty minutes after the fact.

The American head — known for his forceful tweeting propensities and regularly silly grammatical errors — offered “sincere sympathies” to the general population of Sri Lanka after the blasts at places of worship and inns in the island country murdered in excess of 200 individuals.
